The best leaders have an adaptable strategy and you can't do that if you're strictly focused on people's credentials. Also anytime Mark Cuban says something people are listening. The AI race is fascinating. We shall see where things go in the near future.

The AI future is arriving faster and faster it seems 😳

I appreciate how you speak to this without judgement. You give leaders room to admit they’ve made these choices before and still grow from them.

Through the 5 Voices lens, this hiring trap often appears when teams are stressed:

Nurturers hire to keep harmony.

Guardians hire to fix gaps fast.

Creatives hire for possibility.

Connectors hire for energy and story.

Pioneers hire to speed things up.

Without shared clarity, teams default to instinct. With shared clarity, leaders hire for fit and rhythm, not for external signalling.

I'm wonderfully chaotic!

Curiosity, which bias do you see tripping founders most often in the early days?

Through the 5 Voices lens, every leader carries a hiring bias:

Nurturers look for kindness and steadiness.

Guardians look for reliability and detail.

Creatives look for spark and imagination.

Connectors look for story and energy.

Pioneers look for ambition and pace.

None of these are wrong, but without shared purpose, the hire becomes a gamble instead of a thoughtful match.

“spark and imagination”

It makes sense that scaling through those centralized portfolios is a powerful new approach.

Totally new and exciting ✨

Execution feels even more important when the market is moving this fast.

Moving “intentionally fast” when it's moving this fast ✅

Plenty to like here - dense, link-rich, and built for scanners. The Salesforce AI agent take is also quietly one of the most honest reads I've seen all month - nice to see someone naming the gap between hype and real usage. One thought: there's a lot packed in here. Have you tested splitting these into themed drops or rolling sections across the week to keep engagement tight and dwell up?

I haven't 💡🤔 but I'm thinking now. I already publish 3x per week but it's worth considering for sure. At the moment we're building a resources strategy with dozens of tools and resources for founders - so thats is where all the time & investment is being burnt. Thanks for the feedback - it's a definite in the “to consider” pot 👏🧡
