On the pitch deck side, one pattern I'd add: investors now spend an average of under 3 minutes on a first-pass deck read (DocSend's own data), so the deck's job isn't to explain the business, it's to earn the follow-up call. Founders who treat slide 1-3 as a filter question ("why now, why us") rather than a company overview tend to get meetings faster. Does your outreach system account for that first-scan behavior, or is it more about getting the deck in front of the right inbox to begin with?
